So, darling, I have put some deliciously delectable recipes below for you to s k i p your way to health.
P.S. Don't forget to exercise for at least 20 minutes a day! (You're worth it!!)
1. Organic Green Goddess-
*2 organic bananas
*1 cup fresh organic strawberries
*3/4 cup organic soy milk (DO NOT USE NON-ORGANIC!)
*4 organic kale leaves
*1 tablespoon Spirulina (total superfood!)
*1 tablespoon Maca powder (total superfood!)
*BLEND & ENJOY
2. Organic Blue Bananza
* 1 cup organic blueberries (fresh or frozen)
* 1 organic banana
* 1 organic avocado (ummm, makes it so creamy and delicious!!)
* 3/4 cup organic soy milk (DO NOT USE NON-ORGANIC)
* 1 tablespoon Spirulina (superfood!!)
* 1 tablespoon Maca (superfood!!)
